Amazon has launched a GLP-1 weight management programme through One Medical, combining primary care, pharmacy and virtual care. The group said obesity affects more than 40% of US adults and is linked to nearly USD173 billion in annual medical costs. Amazon Pharmacy said insurance-covered oral GLP-1 treatments, including Wegovy and Foundayo, start at USD25 per month, with cash-pay options from USD149, while injectable options start at USD299.
