Auchan Retail has sold its remaining 53% stake in Auchan Hungary to Indotek Group, giving the Hungarian investor full ownership after it took 47% and operational control in late 2024. Auchan Hungary will retain the Auchan brand, private-label access and purchasing agreements. The business operates 19 hypermarkets, two superstores, three supermarkets, 19 petrol stations and ecommerce, generating around EUR1.5 billion revenue in 2025. (Auchan Retail)
