Carrefour Belgium has launched an AI shopping assistant in ChatGPT with Mealz.ai, allowing customers to build shopping lists, check availability and create baskets using @Carrefour Belgique. The tool considers dietary preferences, remembers them for future shops and links automatically with the Carrefour Bonus Card. Customers are redirected to Carrefour to complete orders for Drive collection or delivery, available from EUR60. Carrefour operates more than 700 Belgian outlets. (Carrefour Belgium)
