Carrefour reported Q1 2026 sales of EUR21.08 billion, up 2.2% LFL, led by France and Spain, and confirmed its full-year targets. Sales in France rose 1.4% LFL and Spain 3.1%, while Brazil fell 0.8%. CEO Alexandre Bompard said the quarter reflected stronger competitiveness and solid execution of the Carrefour 2030 plan. The group said ecommerce sales in Brazil rose 21%, and it opened 122 convenience outlets in France and Spain. (Carrefour)
