Carrefour debuts compact hyper format in Poland
Carrefour has opened a compact hypermarket 2.0 in Bydgoszcz, Poland, as it seeks to compete more directly with discounters. The 3,100m2 outlet in Comfy Park carries more than 25,000 food and non-food products, which Carrefour said is up to five times more than traditional discount stores.
