Carrefour focuses on CSR at Investor Day event
Carrefour unveiled its CSR roadmap to 2030, centred on cutting carbon emissions, securing supply chains and promoting healthier diets. The retailer aims for 50% of food sales to come from products supporting healthier eating by 2030, while targeting a 60% reduction in food waste and a 27.5% cut in downstream transport emissions. Carrefour also plans to remove a further 5,000 tonnes of plastic packaging, reinvesting savings into customer purchasing power. (Carrefour)
