Carrefour will convert 44 more French outlets to franchise operations, including eight hypermarkets, with seven more large-format sites to follow in the coming weeks, and 36 supermarkets. The move marks the retailer’s ninth wave of franchise conversions since 2018 under CEO Alexandre Bompard.
