Casey’s General Stores widens use of AI ordering system

Casey’s General Stores has expanded AI-powered voice ordering agents to about 90% of its convenience stores, covering 2,600 of its 2,900 US sites. The SoundHound AI system has handled more than 21 million guest interactions after several years of collaboration. The agents process phone food orders, particularly during peak meal periods, reducing missed orders and hold times while allowing staff to focus on food preparation and in-store service.
