Co-op Group managing director Matt Hood is leaving the UK convenience retailer, alongside fresh and chilled commercial director Nicole Tallant and commercial and logistics strategy director Tom Bradley. All three are taking roles outside food retail with Bradley expected to join Deliveroo. Hood became Co-op Food managing director in 2022 before moving to lead the group’s commercial and logistics division in 2025. (The Grocer)
