UK consumer co-operative Co-op Group said chair Debbie White will step down from its board, with senior independent director Moni Mannings OBE appointed interim chair. White, who joined the board in 2023 and became chair in 2024, said the group had returned to stability following challenges including its 2025 cyberattack. The board will begin searching for a permanent successor, while a separate process to appoint a permanent Group CEO continues. (Co-op)
