Colruyt Group revenue rose 3.1% YoY to EUR10.56 billion in 2025/26, supported by acquisitions, while market share across Colruyt, Okay, Spar and Comarkt/Comarché in Belgium fell to 28.5%. EBITDA increased 2.9% to EUR879 million, with EBIT broadly stable at EUR465 million. Net profit from continuing operations fell 4.3% to EUR337 million, while investments totalled EUR472 million.
