Edeka will expand the management board at its Hamburg headquarters back to three members, with Mario Slunitschek appointed as the third board member. The retailer informed cooperative members of the change at its annual meeting in Cologne. The move strengthens Edeka’s senior leadership after the board had been reduced to two members, led by CEO Markus Mosa and fellow board member Peter Keitel.
