German hypermarket retailer Kaufland is trialling Hanshow Smart Cart clip-ons that convert standard shopping trolleys into connected devices without replacing existing fleets. The battery-powered units provide navigation, shopping lists, promotions and self-scanning through an integrated touchscreen.
