French discount grocer Lidl is replacing France head John Paul Scally with long-serving executive Marin Dokozic, who arrives from the Baltics and takes over next week. Retail analyst Olivier Dauvers said the change followed stalled market share and weaker-than-expected growth, citing staffing cuts and fresh-produce supply changes that had hurt outlet execution and freshness.
