Mercadona sees 10% uplift from new store concept
Mercadona’s new Tienda 9 model has lifted its average ticket by 10%, according to Circana data, strengthening its response to changing shopping habits. Carrefour was described as the main loser from the format, while Lidl, Aldi and Consum also continued gaining ground.
