Publicis makes major retail media move with LiveRamp acquisition

Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire data collaboration platform LiveRamp for a total enterprise value of USD2.16 billion in an all-cash deal. Publicis said the acquisition would strengthen its data, technology and AI services and raise its 2027 and 2028 constant currency growth targets to 7% to 8% for net revenue and 8% to 10% for headline EPS. LiveRamp CEO Scott Howe will continue to lead the business after completion. (Publicis Groupe)
