Target will remodel more than 130 US stores this year and upgrade supply chain technology as part of its turnaround plan. The remodels will cover locations in multiple states and will include expanded dry grocery ranges, larger fresh and frozen sections in some stores, updated décor, improved signage, enhanced order pickup, drive-up, returns and checkout areas, plus upgraded amenities.
