Tesco Q1 group sales rose 1.9% to GBP16.82 billion, ex. VAT and fuel, with group LFL sales up 1.0%. UK and ROI sales increased 2.8% to GBP13.43 billion, with LFL up 1.8%, supported by stronger food volumes, market share gains and Clubcard engagement. Central Europe sales rose 4.1% to GBP1.32 billion, with LFL up 4.7%, while Booker sales fell 4.1% to GBP2.07 billion and LFL declined 3.2%. (Tesco)
