Ed Yates

Ed Yates has 30+ years of marketing, sales and management experience. For the past 15 years, Ed has been a strategic marketing and sales consultant, working with leading consultancies such as The Elevate Group, Glendinning, and EMM. His areas of expertise include, pharmaceutical customer development, key account management and ecommerce.

Ed has served clients in the pharmaceutical, consumer, and retail industries including BP, Bayer, Chevron, Coca Cola, GE, GSK, Intel, Nestle, Novartis, P&G, Pfizer, Samsung and Unilever. Prior to beginning his consulting career, Ed served as Marketing Vice President for Sameday Technologies where he developed product distribution solutions for companies in the consumer, retail and e-commerce industries. Ed is a former Vice President of Global Customer Development for BP-Castrol, working with major customers in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. He also has marketing experience with Nabisco Foods and Cadbury Schweppes, and has advised Deloitte & Touche and General Electric.

Ed holds an MBA in Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut
