Phil Bonanno

Phil is a trusted member of Retail Cities’ advisory board, and provides guidance and occasional content/independent points of view to the business.

Phil has been a student of retail for over 30 years, having worked in entry level to leadership roles across operations, planning, skills and team development, executive coaching, consumer and shopper insights, media and business planning, analytics and measurement.

Currently, Phil is a Client Partner at Facebook, where he is responsible for working with key client and agency partners to improve retail marketing ROI on Facebook. Areas of focus include: insight-led strategy and business planning, audience mapping and targeting, creative asset development and deployment, business performance measurement, analysis and optimisation, and stakeholder management and partnership development
