Mark has been on Retail Cities’ leadership team since 2021. Mark currently has a focus on managing Retail Cities’ North American client relationships. Mark’s passion is to lead the Retail Cities’ development of ‘by-invite-only’ research networking groups.

Prior to joining Retail Cities, Mark launched two successful retail consultancies: RetailNet Group (RNG) and Management Ventures Inc (MVI). He now is dedicating himself to a three-peat, with Retail Cities completing the hat-trick.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The Virginia Military Institute. He served in The United States Army as an Infantry Officer at Fort Benning/Columbus, Ga.  Completed “The Future of Commerce Leadership Course” Harvard Business School, Cambridge, Massachusetts and “The Retail Leadership Program” – Anderson School of Business, UCLA, Los Angeles, Ca. He has served on Boards for Theological Horizons at The University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Va. and Family App, Virginia Beach, Va.
